Stefan Mucha Designer Maker
Combining high-tech CNC machining with traditional hand-cut marquetry; featuring natural and striking engineered wood veneers together with mixed-media abstracts, each Klock art-timepiece is designed with a minimalist aesthetic and is meticulously hand-finished and comes with a luxury presentation box. Klock prices range from £45 — £95.
Stefan, alongside partner and graphic designer Amanda Lewis-Clements, have created and exhibited an expanding range of artworks inspired by their iconic local Sussex coastline and Downs under the Sussex Art Printsbrand name.
Stefan was trained in marketing communications and design for print and was a creative director in marketing and advertising design agencies for more than 30 years before creating Klocks.
In 2005 Stefan was also co-founder of award-winning Polish history publisher Aquila Polonica before transitioning out of the company in early 2014.
Stefan was awarded the "Gold Medal of the Polish Army" (Medal Wojska Polskiego) on December 1, 2010, for his work on the team that created the Polish Armed Forces Memorial at the National Arboretum, Staffordshire. Klocks on display at a recent exhibitionWe currently don't sell klocks online because we prefer potential purchasers to have the opportunity to see the Klocks in person in order to fully appreciate the often subtle textures and colour of the wood veneers that are used in the Klock designs - textures and colours that cannot be easily captured in online photographs.
Klocks will be normally be on sale at our exhibitions and events throughout 2020. Please bookmark the Klocks website for an updated list of exhibitions and events we will be attending ....we hope to see you soon!
